OUR RETREATS
VIRGINIE & BENOIT
By joining forces, we can create safe and magical spaces where you will find depth, pleasure, and power.
A depth that resides within you, within us, within nature, within the Divine.
We are V & B, and we have been growing together for over a decade. We laugh and cry a lot. With joy, gratitude, sorrow, and accomplishment. We like to remind ourselves that we are perfectly imperfect and that life is a gift.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT US

BENOIT
Thank you for being here. For your curiosity and attention. I believe that a meaningful life requires these qualities, and I cultivate them as much as possible, both in my daily life and during the retreats we offer.
V & B is a place where I can express myself and have fun. Whether it's cooking delicious meals, going on unique nature outings, playing my harmonium, or enjoying all those moments that make me feel good.
My life's mission is to connect people with nature, during our retreats, but also every day in my work as the director of a provincial outdoor organization. The land, adventure, the vastness of this world—these things are very spiritual and important to me.
Over the years, I have realized the importance of also focusing my attention on my inner nature. This nature that dwells within us. The one that sometimes escapes us, due to the pace of everyday life.
I completed a 200-hour YTT Vinyasa/Yin certification in Peru in 2024 and a 120-hour Hatha certification in Mexico in 2023. My slower style of practice allows me to reach that restorative depth, which is so necessary to complement an active and effervescent life that sometimes sweeps me away in its current.

VIRGINIE ROSE
What I embody most is being deeply human. Perfectly imperfect. A woman who loves comfortable clothes, simple laughter, and who doesn't take herself too seriously.
I approach my yoga practice with an approach that comes from the heart. I am a lover of life, seeking harmony with all that Mother Earth offers us every day.
For more than eight years, yoga has been my sacred space for reconnection, gentleness, and truth. And for the past four years, I have had the joy of guiding others on this path. Through V & B, I have found a way to express everything I am: creating spaces where time fades away, where everyone can settle down, breathe, feel, and remember the beauty of their own presence. For me, a retreat is an invitation to return to the body, the senses, and intuition—without pressure, without performance, simply in being. I received my 200-hour YTT certification in Guatemala (2021), followed by 120 hours of Hatha training in Mexico, then a 300-hour course in Tantric and Shamanic Yoga in Ecuador (2025).
At the same time, I hold a bachelor's degree in social work and am pursuing a master's degree at UQO, where I am weaving together yoga, nature-based intervention, and honoring the feminine cycle. My intention: to guide with authenticity, listen with gentleness, and create spaces where each being feels free to simply be... human.
